(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your name, your company, your telephone number and your e-mail address) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete data collected in this context as soon as its storage is no longer required, or limit the ability to process it if statutory retention periods apply.

  • in accordance with Art. 1 7 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us unless the processing of this data is required to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if processing the data is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have filed an objection to it being processed in accordance with Art.21 GDPR;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided us with in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another responsible person;
