The Betonbau Group has developed further to become a system supplier and commissioned separate expanded electrical facilities at the locations in Waghäusel and Bockenem.

2006

SCHWENK Zement KG acquires shares in the Betonbau Group, these being increased to a majority share of 75% by 01.01.2008.

2008

A new concrete plant is commissioned in Kösching, replacing the old location in Ingolstadt.
